Emotions are our early warning signals. They remind our body that it needs our attention. Unfortunately, we are often too busy, or we try to be cool, and so these emotions get trapped in our bodies and accumulate to result in various manifestations of dis-ease. In this workshop, we will explore five different methods to release emotional pain. DR. TINA ENERJOY (TINA HUANG) has a Ph.D. in Neuroscience and is a holistic healer for a happy and healthy brain.
